What If Something Goes Wrong With My Order?
Let's be honest — nobody wants to become an expert in returns after spending thousands of dollars.

Buying a realistic doll isn't quite like ordering a T-shirt.
You can't decide three days later:
And honestly, that's not how we'd want it to work either.
These are large, personal-use products that are individually prepared, packaged and shipped.
So before you order, it's important to understand what happens if something goes wrong.
We'll keep it simple.
First: What happens before your doll leaves us?
This is probably the most important part of our after-sales process.
Before shipping, we inspect the doll and take photos/videos for confirmation.
That gives both sides a record of what the actual doll looked like before it left.
We'll confirm the product with you before shipping whenever applicable.
Why?
Because we'd rather settle a question while the doll is still here than argue about what happened after it has crossed half the planet.
It's much easier to say:
“Yep, that's exactly the doll I approved.”
than:
“Wait... was that mark already there?”
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but timing matters.
According to our current policy:
So if you're suddenly having second thoughts, don't disappear into the night and hope the problem solves itself.
Just contact us.
The sooner you tell us, the more options we have.
Can I return the doll after opening it?
This is where things get different from ordinary online shopping.
Because these are adult personal-use products, hygiene is a serious consideration.
Our current policy generally does not accept returns of used adult products, and custom-made or personalized dolls are non-returnable. Unauthorized returns are also not accepted.
So please don't use the doll first and then ask:
Unfortunately, that's not something we can normally accept.
That's why we encourage you to ask questions, request real photos/videos and make sure you're comfortable with your choice before ordering and before use.
What if my doll arrives damaged?
This is different.
If the doll is damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our current policy asks customers to report damage within 24 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos and the order number. Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, repair solutions, replacement arrangements or a refund.
And here's where we strongly recommend one simple habit:
Don't throw away the box.
Not yet.
Keep:
until the situation has been resolved.
That's not us being difficult.
It's because the shipping carrier may need those materials to investigate a damage claim. UPS and FedEx both indicate that photos of the packaging and damaged contents may be required, and the original packaging may need to be retained for inspection.
Should I record an unboxing video?
Yes. We strongly recommend it.
Not because we're trying to make you audition for a documentary.
It simply gives everyone a much clearer record of what happened.
Ideally, start recording before opening the package.
Show:
You don't need a Hollywood production crew.
Your phone is perfectly fine.
A simple continuous video is extremely useful because it shows the sequence:
sealed package → opening → packaging → product → damage.
But there's an important distinction:
An unboxing video is strong supporting evidence; it isn't a guarantee that a carrier will automatically approve a claim.
UPS, for example, specifically asks for photos showing the damaged package, shipping label and the damaged merchandise in its original packaging, and may require a physical inspection.
What if the box already looks damaged when it arrives?
Take photos before opening it.
If the carrier is still there and the package is visibly damaged, document the damage immediately.
Depending on the carrier and delivery circumstances, you may be able to refuse a visibly damaged shipment.
But don't panic if the driver has already left.
In the US, many residential deliveries are simply left at the door rather than handed directly to the customer for inspection.
In that situation, you obviously can't chase the delivery driver down the street shouting:
😂
Just document everything yourself and contact us promptly.
The important thing is speed + evidence + keeping the packaging.
What if the outside of the box looks fine, but the doll is damaged inside?
That's called concealed damage, and it's exactly why we recommend recording the opening process.
Don't assume:
And don't assume the opposite either.
We need to look at the evidence.
Take clear photos of:
Then send everything to us.
The carrier may ask for additional documentation or inspection. FedEx and UPS both explicitly recognize damage claims where documentation of the packaging and damaged contents is relevant.
What if I accidentally damage the doll myself?
This is where we need to be honest with each other.
These dolls are durable, but they aren't indestructible.
Our policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, mishandling or other customer-induced damage.
If something happens, though, talk to us before trying to repair it yourself.
Seriously.
Before reaching for:
send us a message first.
You might have a simple solution.
Or you might accidentally turn a small repair into a much bigger one.
What about a warranty?
We don't currently promise a blanket “X-year warranty” covering every possible issue.
And we'd rather be honest about that than print “5-Year Warranty” in giant letters and spend the next five years arguing about whether a particular crack was caused by manufacturing, storage, cleaning, normal wear or enthusiastic handling.
Instead, problems are handled based on their cause, evidence and circumstances.
If something appears to be a genuine product or manufacturing issue, contact us with photos/videos and we'll review it with you.
If it's shipping damage, we'll help you work through the damage process.
If it's user-caused damage, we'll still try to help you find a practical solution where possible, but it isn't automatically covered.
What about custom dolls?
Custom-made and personalized dolls are generally non-returnable under our current policy.
That's why custom orders deserve extra attention before production begins.
If you want something specific about:
ask before production starts.
Once a custom product enters production, changing your mind becomes considerably more complicated.
The easiest way to avoid a return problem
Honestly?
Ask more questions before buying.
Tell us what you're looking for.
Ask about the material.
Ask for real photos.
Ask for a real video.
Ask about weight.
Ask about customization.
Ask anything you're unsure about.
We'd rather spend 20 minutes answering questions before the order than spend days trying to solve a misunderstanding afterward.
Our simple philosophy
We're not going to tell you:
Because that's not how real life works.
Packages get dropped.
Things occasionally get damaged.
People change their minds.
Mistakes happen.
What matters is what happens when something does go wrong.
We'll inspect the product before shipping.
We'll document it.
We'll communicate with you.
And if there's a genuine problem, we'll work with you to find a reasonable solution according to the circumstances and our policy.
That's a much more useful promise than pretending we're living in a world where FedEx drivers never throw boxes and nothing ever goes wrong. 😉
You can't decide three days later:
“Hmm... I'm not really feeling the color. I'll send her back.”
And honestly, that's not how we'd want it to work either.

According to our current policy:

- Within 8 hours: 95% refund
- Within 24 hours: 80% refund
- After 24 hours: custom orders generally cannot be canceled because production may already have started
- In-stock orders cannot be canceled once shipped, and certain shipping, labor and packaging costs may apply if cancellation is requested after shipment.
